Thank you for choosing me to be your esthetician 🩵 Here are a few things to know before booking your appointment… •ALL services require a non-refundable deposit and is applied to your service •Exact Cash, Zelle, or Credit Card is accepted at checkout •Zelle: lotusbyalesia@gmail.com •3.5% surcharge for all credit card transactions •There is a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and you will be banned from booking in the future. •All last minute/same day cancellations will be subjected to a charge that equals 50% of the service. •There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS •All appointments must be cancelled 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled date. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment once with a payment transfer. •NO children or extra guest allowed •Please DO NOT book on the day of a special event due to the nature of the service •Please discontinue all prescription topicals, over-the-counter AHA/BHA, retinoid and hydroquinone topicals 7 days prior to your scheduled facial or wax appointment. •For best results during a wax appointment you need 3-4 weeks of growth and to exfoliate 24-48 hours prior •Any questions contact me via call/text during business hours. Cancellation Policy

There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows and you will be banned from booking in the future. All appointments must be cancelled 24-48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment your service fee will be applied to your rescheduled date. You are only allowed to reschedule your appointment once with a payment transfer. Refunds are only issued if I am unable to keep your appointment time.
